Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across international markets (US/UK/Europe and other target geographies) through outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn/social outreach Research and map target accounts and buyer personas specific to each region
- Qualify inbound leads from international markets and route them through the sales funnel.
- Conduct product/service pitches over calls and video meetings, adapting communication style to different cultural and business contexts.
- Understand region-specific customer requirements, buying behavior, and objections, and position solutions accordingly.
- Follow up consistently across time zones to move international leads through the pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with overseas clients, factoring in currency, compliance, and regional norms.
- Close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly international sales targets.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all international leads, prospects, and deals in the CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with global clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams to align messaging for international campaigns and ensure smooth onboarding of overseas clients
- Track international market trends, competitor activity, and regional client feedback to refine outreach strategy
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business/International Business/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
- 2–4 years of experience in international sales, international business development, or export/global sales (prior exposure to US/UK/EU clients strongly preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the confidence to engage overseas clients
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and awareness of regional business etiquette
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills in an international sales context
- Comfortable working evening/night shifts (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) to align with global time zones
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident on international client calls
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus
