Role Description The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Granville, WA. In this position, the consultant engages with security integrators, installers, and end customers to understand project requirements and recommend appropriate surveillance and security solutions. Daily activities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotes and proposals, following up leads, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through to post-sale support. The role involves working closely with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate solution design, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. The Sales Consultant also contributes to market development by identifying new opportunities, gathering feedback from clients, and staying current with emerging AI surveillance and security technologies.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction experience focused on delivering responsive, high-quality support.
• Comfort with learning and explaining AI-driven, cloud-based, and IP security products to diverse stakeholders.
• Valid right to work in Australia and availability to work on-site in Granville, WA.
