The Opportunity

We’re seeking a proactive Business Development Coordinator to support our growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and helping our team win work. In this role, you’ll conduct client and market research, coordinate BD meetings and materials, manage CRM pipeline activities, and support reporting and tender submissions. You’ll work closely with internal teams to drive client engagement and ensure our business development efforts run smoothly and effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in business development, bids/tenders, or an administrative coordination role within a professional services environment.
• Exposure to proposal/tender processes—assembling submissions, managing compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating meetings, or client engagement activities, including follow-up actions.
