An ambitious international B2B software company is looking for an Account Executive to drive new business across the DACH region from its Barcelona office. If you thrive on opening doors, winning new customers and building long-term relationships, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

🎯 The mission:

You'll take ownership of new business development across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

This is a genuine hunter role. You'll create your own pipeline, manage complex sales processes and play a key role in the company's continued international growth.

🔧 What you'll own:

📞 Build a strong pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting

🔍 Lead consultative discovery conversations with prospective customers

🎤 Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value

💬 Handle objections, negotiate confidently and drive deals through to signature

📊 Maintain an accurate CRM and consistently achieve your sales targets

✅ Who we're looking for:

💼 Previous experience as an SDR, BDR or Account Executive within a B2B SaaS environment

🐺 A proactive hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business

🗣️ Fluent German and English

✨ Excellent communication skills, commercial instinct and the ability to quickly build credibility with senior stakeholders

🎯 Self-motivated, organised and comfortable managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
