Account Manager (Inside Sales) - Rockland County, NY

A rapidly growing B2B distributor is looking to add an Account Manager to its inside sales organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys developing accounts, selling consultatively, and working in a fast-paced environment where your effort directly impacts your income.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow an established book of business while developing new opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, industrial customers, and business decision-makers.
• Make proactive outbound calls to uncover new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Prepare quotes, follow up quickly, and guide customers through the sales process.
• Partner with leadership through ongoing coaching, strategy sessions, and professional development.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven success developing business through outbound prospecting and relationship building.
• Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
• Comfortable working toward activity goals and performance metrics.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed sales goals.
