Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Boynton Beach, FL. This role focuses on engaging prospective and existing customers by phone, email, and other channels to promote mobile dental services, explain offerings, and schedule appointments. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, managing follow-ups, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems, and coordinating with operations and clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient experience. The Inside Sales Specialist will address inquiries, provide clear information on services and pricing, and support campaigns to drive awareness and utilization. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, contributing feedback to improve processes, and consistently supporting high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into appointments or service engagements.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive interactions, timely responses, and ongoing relationship building.
