Account Executive, Mid-Market
Seafood ERP, Process Manufacturing Software
Join a private equity-backed enterprise software business as a Mid-Market Account Executive, selling specialist ERP and operational software into seafood, processing, and manufacturing customers across Norway, Iceland, and wider EMEA.
This is a high-ownership sales role for someone who enjoys complex, consultative selling, can build pipeline from the ground up, and wants to work in a specialist market where industry credibility, customer relationships, and commercial discipline all matter.
The business is entering its next phase of growth, with a clear focus on proactive sales execution, land-and-expand growth, and deeper penetration across operationally complex customer environments.
This is a well-established software group providing mission-critical solutions for manufacturing, processing, and distribution businesses.
The relevant division focuses on process manufacturing, with a specialist ERP platform designed for seafood processors, distributors, exporters, and logistics organisations. Customers use the platform to manage areas such as traceability, inventory, quality, production planning, compliance, costing, procurement, sales, and margin visibility.
The role exists to increase commercial coverage across the region and bring more proactive, structured sales execution into a market with strong existing product credibility.
You will be responsible for creating new opportunities, progressing complex sales cycles, and expanding existing customer relationships. The opportunity combines new logo acquisition, inbound opportunity management, and account growth, supported by Customer Success, Solution Architects, Product, and wider go-to-market teams.
About the role
This is a full-cycle Account Executive position focused on mid-market customers across operationally complex industries.
You will sell into stakeholders across operations, IT, quality, procurement, finance, supply chain, and executive leadership. The role requires a consultative seller who can understand real business processes, identify commercial pain, and position software around measurable outcomes such as efficiency, compliance, scalability, visibility, and ROI.
The primary focus is the specialist seafood ERP platform, while also having the ability to position complementary process manufacturing solutions, including a Connected Worker platform, where there is a clear customer use case.
It is not a transactional SaaS role. It is for someone who can build trust in a specialist market, create urgency, and manage multi-stakeholder decision processes with discipline.
