About The Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with customers to qualify interest, understand energy needs, and guide them through the early stages of their EVSE journey. You will ensure a seamless experience from initial engagement to scheduling consultations with Enphase-certified installers, while also supporting the sale of Enphase services and upgrades.
What Will You Do
- Engage prospective customers by phone and email to assess energy needs
- Educate customers on Enphase products, services, and the solar buying process
- Perform needs analysis and present tailored value propositions
- Qualify leads and schedule consultations with trusted installation partners
- Support the sale of Enphase services including:
- Enphase Care subscriptions
- Cell modem upgrades and renewals
- Out-of-warranty replacements (Gateways, Microinverters)
- Pre-sales support for e-Store orders
- Generate quotes and capture payment where applicable
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Follow up post-consultation to ensure customer satisfaction and reassign leads if needed
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support an excellent customer experience
- Experience: A minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or a call center sales environment
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Language skills: Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) and Norwegian (minimum C1 level)
- Proven ability to qualify leads and manage the sales cycle
- Strong communication skills and customer empathy
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Self-starter mindset, adaptable to fast-paced and evolving environments

The basic salary range for this position is 466,400 to 818,532 NOK and may vary based on experience, skills, and location. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits, with final compensation determined in accordance with applicable laws and internal equity.
