About GeneralMind
GeneralMind is a Berlin-founded AI company building its own System of Action for modern enterprises; an operational AI layer on top of ERP systems. This is not a copilot. It’s an autopilot: human-supervised, with approvals where needed. Our AI Autopilot autonomously executes recurring, complex workflows end-to-end across email, Excel, and enterprise systems. Incoming tasks are captured, analyzed, and completed with human-level capability, tracking handovers, meeting deadlines, and ensuring compliance across multiple stakeholders. Designed for mid-sized and large enterprises, GeneralMind helps organizations eliminate inbox-driven work, improve execution across goods and money flows, and keep supply chains moving at scale. Founded in 2025, GeneralMind serves customers across industry, commerce, and logistics in Europe and beyond.
About the role
You'll help us build our expansion into the UK and US markets. You're often the first contact between GeneralMind and the companies we want to work with: you research accounts, write good outbound, and book qualified meetings for our sales team.
This isn't a job where you just work through a call list. You'll build our outbound from the ground up together with the founders and marketing - figure out what messaging works, and pass back what you're hearing from the market. You'll sell to complex, operational buyers (supply chain, logistics, procurement) and need to understand their world well enough to earn a first conversation.
What you will do
- Build and own the top of our sales funnel across international markets, generating qualified pipeline that converts directly to revenue.
- Research and identify high-fit target accounts and the right stakeholders within them.
- Write and run multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through smart discovery conversations.
- Book meetings for AEs and Founders with C-level and senior operational buyers.
- Help define our ICP, messaging, and outbound playbook partnering with marketing and founders to test messaging, iterate on positioning, and share what you're hearing from the market.
- Keep CRM data clean and pipeline reporting accurate.
- Continuously experiment with new channels, angles, and tools.
What we are looking for
- 1–2 years in a fast-paced, high-performance role (B2B sales / SDR, consulting, VC, startup) - or a recent grad with strong internships.
- Excellent communication.
- You pick up complex products and business contexts quickly.
- Structured and proactive - you don't wait to be told what to do next, and you take ownership before anyone asks.
- Resilience and energy: outbound is hard, and you are motivated by the challenge, not discouraged by it.
- Genuinely curious about AI tools and already integrating them into how you work.
- A builder who wants to create the playbook, not just follow it - and a team player who thinks no task is beneath them.
- Fluent English & German
- You want to grow into a closing role.
What you'll get
- Real ownership from day one - you'll build our outbound from scratch, not just run someone else's script.
- A clear path to grow into a closing (AE) role as we scale.
- A front-row seat at an AI startup working with some of the world's biggest companies.
- Work directly with the founders and marketing - short paths, quick decisions.
- Time and budget to try new AI tools that make you faster and sharper.
