The Role

The client is hiring a Business Development Representative to generate and qualify pipeline for the sales team. A high-intensity, high-volume seat built for real hunger and grit rather than a specific pedigree — the bar is attitude and coachability: someone who takes feedback well, shows up first and leaves last, and isn't afraid of high call volume every day. The product is technical and genuinely difficult to sell, so intelligence and quick learning matter alongside grit.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience; new grads welcome
• High-volume outbound grit
• Highly coachable
• A strong attitude, positive under pressure
• On-site in SF five days a week
