The Role

As a Business Development Trainee, you'll gain practical experience in customer acquisition, relationship building, communication, and commercial development while working alongside experienced mentors.

You'll develop a strong understanding of how businesses grow, how lasting client relationships are built, and how effective communication drives commercial success.

You'll also be given increasing responsibility as your confidence, knowledge, and performance develop.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing client brands through customer-focused marketing campaigns
• Building meaningful relationships with customers and delivering excellent service
• Developing business development and commercial awareness
• Learning how to identify opportunities for business growth
• Working collaboratively to achieve individual and team objectives
• Handling challenges and objections with confidence and professionalism
• Participating in daily coaching and business development workshops
• Contributing to a positive, ambitious, and high-performing team culture
