Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary VP of Business Development for our Study Abroad division. As the VP, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building key partnerships with educational institutions, universities, and other stakeholders. You will lead the development of business strategies, manage a high-performing team, and ensure the successful expansion of our services in the study abroad sector. If you have extensive experience in business development within the education sector and a passion for student success, this is the role for you.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Deep understanding of the study abroad market, including admission processes, visa requirements, and university partnerships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinking with a focus on expanding market presence and increasing revenue
• Proficiency in CRM systems and business development tools
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve business objectives

Education + Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Education, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the study abroad or education consulting industry
• Proven success in driving revenue growth and business expansion
• Strong network with universities, colleges, and other education stakeholders
• Extensive experience in managing client relationships and building business pipelines
