Sales Representative

Haven is seeking a Sales Representative. As an early member of our sales team, you'll work closely with the founders to drive revenue, close new business, and grow with the company as it scales.

We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial salesperson who thrives in startup environments, creates opportunities, and wants to combine meaningful work with significant upside.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role, and a strong track record of hitting goals and the drive to learn fast

• Comfort prospecting and building relationships with organizations such as schools, nonprofits, consumer brands, or family-focused partners

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes

• Ability to manage a pipeline from first contact to closed deal, and to build long-term customer relationships

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Experience in education, SaaS, memberships, nonprofits, healthcare, churches, or family-focused organizations is a plus

• Passion for protecting children online

Compensation

This role offers a competitive commission structure and the opportunity for future equity participation. We're looking for a driven salesperson who wants to share in the upside of helping grow Haven into the leading online safety platform for families and schools.

Location

Nashville, TN. This is an in-person, Nashville-based role.
