International Sales Development Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales professional to support our international market expansion. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on exposure to lead generation, cold calling pre-sales, and sales pipeline management in a global B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound lead generation activities across international markets (email, calls, LinkedIn, research-based outreach).
• Conduct cold calling and initial discovery conversations to identify and qualify potential opportunities.
• Manage the pre-sales funnel from first contact through qualification and meeting/demo scheduling.
• Maintain and grow a structured sales pipeline across multiple geographies.
• Accurately update and manage all activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Support pre-sales activities such as: Qualification calls, Requirement capture, Demo coordination and follow-ups.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies.
• Prepare basic sales performance reports (leads generated, meetings booked, conversion ratios).

Key Metrics (What Success Looks Like)

• Number of qualified leads generated per month.
• Meetings/demos scheduled for the sales team.
• Lead-to-meeting conversion rate.
• CRM accuracy and follow-up discipline.
• Consistency of outreach and pipeline growth.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to engage in outbound outreach and learn consultative selling.
• Basic understanding or interest in B2B sales / SaaS / international markets.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and sales productivity platforms.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
