About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Business development manager(L0)- Lead generator to join our growing sales team. This is a foundational role in our sales pipeline - you will be the first point of contact in our outreach process, responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying prospects that fuel our business development engine.

Job description:

• Research and identify potential prospects and target companies using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and other lead generation tools
• Validate leads and ensure accuracy of contact details before passing to the sales team
• Maintain and continuously update an organised master database of qualified prospects in Excel/CRM
• Ensure a consistent daily flow of qualified contacts to the outreach team for follow-up
• Build and manage email campaigns via Apollo.io and other tools to engage prospects
• Track lead status, outreach records, and pipeline movement
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine targeting strategies and develop accurate buyer personas
• Continuously identify new lead sources and signal streams to diversify the pipeline

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, sales research, or business development support
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, Apollo.io and other sales tools
• Strong attention to detail and database management skills
• Good written communication - you'll be crafting outreach that represents the company
• Ability to work independently and manage your own daily output
• Curiosity and a systems mindset - you think in processes, not just tasks
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel
