We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities by executing outbound prospecting campaigns targeting the U.S. market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building pipelines, engaging prospects, and leveraging modern sales and AI tools to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via email and LinkedIn
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
• Write personalized cold email campaigns
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach and social selling
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Use automation and AI tools to optimize outreach performance
• Track activities and maintain CRM accuracy

Requirements

• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
• Experience selling IT outsourcing, software development, or staff augmentation services is a strong plus
• Strong cold outreach and prospecting skills
• Familiarity with sales automation platforms and AI tools
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working with a high-volume outreach cadence
• Availability to overlap at least 4 hours with US Pacific Time
