Role Description The Internal Sales Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dublin, OH. This role focuses on partnering with external sales teams and financial advisors to promote Meeder’s investment solutions and drive business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, delivering product and service information, and supporting advisors with proposals, materials, and follow-up. The Internal Sales Consultant will build and maintain strong relationships with advisors, monitor sales pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance advisor and client satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, tracking activity, and contributing to sales campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and presenting appropriate investment solutions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, including responsiveness, follow-through, and a client-centered mindset.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly explain products, processes, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment products is beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred.
- Licensing such as FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/65/66, or the ability to obtain these within a defined timeframe, is beneficial.
