The Role

As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll be a vital part of our new business growth engine. You’ll connect with business leaders, uncover their challenges, and introduce them to Citation’s solutions that help organisations operate safely, compliantly, and successfully.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proactively engaging new prospects through outbound B2B sales
• Taking a consultative approach to understand needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Booking high-quality appointments for our field sales teams
• Managing activity and performance through a modern CRM system
• Consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs and targets
• Collaborating with marketing and sales leadership to sharpen messaging and approach

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or appointment setting
• Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills
• Resilience and self-motivation — you thrive in a target-driven environment
• Confidence using CRM systems and digital sales tools
