Your Daily Tasks

Research & Data Collection

• Conduct extensive online research and collect accurate prospect information from multiple sources.
• Search and cross-referConduct extensive online research and data collection.
• Work from a pre-generated list of companies to search and cross-reference LinkedIn and identify personnel with targeted job functions and titles.
• Add qualified prospects to the CRM database and maintain accurate records.
• Remove duplicate records and update contact information to maintain a clean and reliable CRM database.
• Cross-reference multiple databases to gather and verify prospect information, including names, job titles, phone numbers, email addresses, and other relevant details.
• Send sample emails to validate email addresses and update records when inaccurate information is identified.
• Build and maintain a complete, accurate dataset that supports the company's sales and marketing activities.
• Perform research and data management activities only; this role does not involve outbound prospecting.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in research, data entry, sales support, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong initiative and drive to consistently achieve daily productivity goals
• Dependable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in CRM software and CRM systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent focus and concentration.
