How the pay works

• Commission, uncapped — you earn on every appointment you set that becomes an installed project

What you’ll do

• Talk to homeowners in the field about solar, roofing, windows, and more
  
• Set qualified appointments for our closing team
  
• Learn a proven pitch and sales process from day one
  
• Hit daily and weekly activity goals

Requirements
