■About the Position

As a Territory Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in bridging technical solutions with customer needs. You will be responsible for managing and interpreting customer requirements, proposing tailored solutions, and delivering compelling presentations and quotations to drive successful sales outcomes.

This role demands close collaboration with internal sales, project, and service teams, as well as external partners, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

■Responsibilities

・Manage and interpret customer requirements; persuade customers that a proposed solution, product, or service best satisfies their needs.

・Prepare and deliver presentations and quotations; negotiate tender and contract terms to close sales.

・Provide pre-sales basic technical assistance and intermediate product education.

・Analyze costs and sales performance to meet targets; prepare management reports.

・Coordinate with sales, projects, and services staff across various functions.

・Assist in marketing activities, including conferences and industry events.

・Take full ownership of achieving assigned sales targets.

・Empower partner organizations through appropriate training, certification, demonstrations, and related programs to win business.

■Requirements

・Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a pre-sales role.

・Experience within the Mechanical & Electrical contractor industry or a related sector is highly preferred.

・Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, batteries, and DC power systems.

・Familiarity with mission-critical infrastructure, especially for data centers.

・Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

・Japanese: Business level or higher

・English: Business level or higher
