Key Account Manager Commercial

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support
• Manage tender projects, including preparation and organization of bids, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines
• Analyze deals to ensure profitability and alignment with company standards
• Participate in events and marketing activities, representing the company at exhibitions and supporting promotional campaigns
• Update and maintain CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely synchronization of project and customer data
• Assist with equipment selection and tender documentation, providing technical and administrative support
• Update and manage partner portal content, including news, updates, and resources for partners
• Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
• Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
• Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

Qualifications and background

• University or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Finance (good to have)
• 5+ years in sales, customer relations, and tendering processes.
• strong background and relationships with end customers in Ukraine (Kyiv focus)
• Experience in promotional marketing processes
• Negotiation and ability to showcase product value
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to execute strategic action plans
