English-Speaking Sales and Marketing Specialist

At SIIAMI, we are looking for a specialist who can combine two key areas: persuasive writing in English and closing deals over the phone. This position serves as a bridge between our Marketing and Sales departments for our English-speaking clients.

What You Will Do

Marketing (50% of your time):

• Writing expert-level, SEO-optimized articles and website content in English.
• Scouting English-speaking influencers/bloggers, managing correspondence, conducting calls, and negotiating partnerships and promotional campaigns.

Sales & Translation (50% of your time):

• Handling inbound leads and making calls to English-speaking clients to present and sell the company’s services.
• Participating in live online consultations as an interpreter (providing consecutive translation for our experts from Russian or Polish into English for the client).

Candidate Requirements

• English Proficiency — B2 or higher (Critical): Fluent written English (for SEO copywriting) and spoken English (for warm outreach/calls and consecutive translation during consultations).

• Sales & Negotiation Skills: Background in Sales, Lead Generation, or Account Management. Ability to handle objections and rejections confidently in English.

• SEO Copywriting: Solid understanding of the basics (article structure, keywords). Ability to produce expert-level content rather than superficial copy (whether writing independently or utilizing AI tools with deep research and editing).

• Polish Language: B1/B2 level (comprehension and basic translation) to translate consultations from Polish into English.
