Hybrid Inside Sales and Sales Support role in Villingen-Schwenningen, focusing on order processing and close collaboration with Account Management.

Position: Inside Sales / Sales Support (m/f/d)

Location: Villingen-Schwenningen, DE (Hybrid)

• Process and capture orders and manage order processing, coordinating delivery dates in close collaboration with the sales team
• Maintain digital processes with business partners
• Handle administrative tasks and master data management
• Work closely with the Account Management team

• Completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann/-frau) or wholesale and export clerk (Kaufmann/-frau im Groß- und Außenhandel) or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Good German and English language skills (speaking and writing)
• Structured, independent, and conscientious work style
• Team player with an open mindset
• Strong MS Office skills
