What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is developing new commercial business and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities include:

• Prospect new commercial customers throughout the Chicagoland area.
• Develop relationships with businesses, schools, municipalities, contractors, healthcare providers, restaurants, manufacturers, real estate professionals, and nonprofit organizations.
• Schedule and conduct customer meetings.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right print and signage solutions.
• Prepare estimates and proposals.
• Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities.
• Develop long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business.
• Work closely with our office and production teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity within our CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Represent NuePrint professionally at networking events, trade shows, and customer visits.

Qualifications Required

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Comfortable prospecting and developing new business.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred

• Experience in B2B outside sales.
• Experience selling commercial printing, signage, promotional products, apparel decoration, marketing services, or related products.
• Existing relationships within the local business community.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Experience preparing estimates and proposals.

Compensation

This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential.

Our compensation model rewards profitable sales, long-term customer relationships, and repeat business. High performers have the opportunity to build a substantial book of business and increase their earnings as their customer portfolio grows.
