Inside Sales | Istanbul

At DP World, we are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support our growing Freight Forwarding business in Istanbul/Türkiye. In this role, you will work closely with the Field Sales team by managing existing customer opportunities, preparing quotations, coordinating commercial follow-ups and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your contribution will help maximize the productivity of our Field Sales team, allowing them to focus on acquiring new business while ensuring excellent service for our existing customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Field Sales team with day-to-day commercial activities.
• Manage and develop existing customer accounts through farming activities.
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations.
• Coordinate customer communication and commercial follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline information.
• Work closely with Product, Pricing and Operations teams to ensure timely customer responses.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing customer business.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with DP World commercial policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics or a related industry.
• Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service or Commercial Operations is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and solution-driven approach.
• Team player with excellent coordination skills.
