Business Development Executive (Staffing)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1-3 years of experience in the Staffing Industry, supporting both India and USA markets. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in acquiring and managing Contract Staffing and Full-Time Staffing clients, generating new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and acquire new clients for Contract Staffing and Permanent/Full-Time Staffing requirements across India and the USA.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and professional platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and contract closure.
• Negotiate commercial terms, staffing agreements, and rate cards with clients.
• Develop and grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling staffing services.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, hiring demands, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of Business Development experience in the Staffing/Recruitment industry.
• Proven experience in acquiring and managing Contract Staffing and Full-Time/Permanent Staffing clients.
• Exposure to India and/or USA Staffing markets.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• Experience in IT Staffing and Non-IT Staffing will be an added advantage.
