Sales Development Representative

We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound Lead Generation

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1–4 Years

Are you passionate about B2B outbound sales, building meaningful connections, and creating new business opportunities? We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and help drive our enterprise sales pipeline.

What You'll Do

✅ Prospect enterprise accounts through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.

✅ Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.

✅ Execute personalized outreach campaigns to generate qualified meetings.

✅ Qualify prospects and support pipeline growth.

✅ Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams.

✅ Maintain CRM accuracy and consistently achieve activity and meeting targets.

What We're Looking For

✔️ 1–4 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, inside sales, business development, or lead generation.

✔️ Strong communication, prospecting, and account research skills.

✔️ Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.

✔️ Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
