Inside Sales Specialist

We are recruiting for a relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative with experience in industrial manaufacturing and fastner distribution to support continued growth and provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise within the aerospace and defense market . .

Specially, this position will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and bids based on customer specifications and technical requirements.
• Recommend products and technical solutions that meet customer application needs.
• Manage customer inquiries related to pricing, availability, lead times, and order status.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
• Coordinate product samples, certifications, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within ERP and CRM systems.
• Achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Candidates should possess:
• 5+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer service experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with aerospace, defense, military, OEM, or fastener products strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of aerospace and military fasteners, manufacturing processes, and technical specifications.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and prepare accurate quotations.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
