职位描述

• 拓展并建联越南TikTok 达人，包括付费达人与纯佣（Affiliate）达人
• 与达人沟通合作方式、报价及内容方向，推进合作落地
• 对接并管理 TikTok Affiliate / MCN / 达人机构，推动机构达人合作 维护达人与机构资源，提升合作效率与稳定性
• 跟进达人拍摄与发布进度，催促达人按时产出视频

Job Description

• Source, outreach, and onboard TikTok creators in Vietnam, including both paid influencers and commission-based (Affiliate) creators.
• Communicate with creators on collaboration models, pricing, and content direction, and drive partnerships to execution.
• Liaise with and manage TikTok Affiliate programs, MCNs, and influencer agencies to facilitate creator collaborations.
• Maintain and develop relationships with creators and agencies to improve collaboration efficiency and long-term stability.
• Track creators’ content production and posting schedules, and follow up to ensure timely video delivery.

任职资格

• 熟悉TikTok 平台及达人生态，有达人 BD / MCN / Affiliate 经验优先
• 有达人和机构资源优先，特别是保健品类目的
• 沟通能力强，具备谈判能力，执行力高，结果导向 抗压能力强，能接受高频达人跟进与推进工作
• 有越南市场经验者优先
• 越南语和中文可作为工作语言

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the TikTok platform and creator ecosystem
• Experience in influencer BD, MCN, or Affiliate programs is a plus.
• Existing influencer and agency resources are preferred, especially within the health supplements category.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with high execution ability and a results-driven mindset.
• Able to work under pressure and comfortable with high-frequency influencer follow-ups and execution.
• Experience in the Vietnamese market is a plus.
• Proficient in Vietnamese and Chinese for daily work.
