Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing Agency)

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development / Sales professional to drive our digital marketing business expansion in Vietnam.

In this role, you will identify and acquire new clients — both locally and regionally — who seek to grow their brands across Asia. Acting as a trusted consultant, you’ll introduce our innovative digital advertising solutions, including Online Ads (CPC/CPM), KOL & Influencer campaigns, and OOH media.

Your contribution will play a key role in strengthening our market presence and driving revenue growth for the Vietnam team.

Job Description:

• Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with potential clients.
• Develop business opportunities in Vietnam and other Asian markets.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting high-quality digital marketing solutions.
• Participate in pitch presentations, analyze performance data, and support business strategy execution.
• Develop media strategies, prepare detailed marketing proposals, manage budgets, and ensure top-tier client service.

Must-have:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably within an agency environment.
• Background in digital and social marketing solutions (Ad Networks, SEM/PPC, Facebook Ads, Influencer Marketing, etc.).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
• Passionate, result-oriented, and proactive with a positive attitude.

Nice-to-have

• Existing network or client base in media, advertising, or digital marketing industries.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Experience in regional business development or cross-market campaigns.
