Business Development

LOCATION: Hanoi, HCMC

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Targeted markets: developed countries in strategic regions, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, APAC…
• Conduct market research to define market penetration strategies (foreign market & IT outsourcing products)
• Generate, manage sales pipeline and ensure reaching KPI (qualified leads/ meeting/ proposal)
• Manage and review internal sales process compliance
• Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans
• Build and strengthen client relationships
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
• Data-driven and CRM-based working model, regular reports to line manager and BoD

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 1 year of experience in Business Development/Sales/Customer Acquisition in the IT industry for the global market
• Experienced in all customer acquisition platforms, including LinkedIn tools, Email Marketing Platform, Global Hiring platforms, Industrial forums, CRM platforms…
• Fluentin in spoken and written English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excel at presentation, networking, relationship development, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of modern software technologies is an advantage
• Good at MS Office and working tools
• Able to travel for work when required
