We are looking for a results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue within our telecom campaign. This role is ideal for a strategic seller who thrives on identifying opportunities, driving conversions, and contributing directly to business growth. You’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base by delivering tailored connectivity solutions and maximizing every interaction.
As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will engage with customers to understand their connectivity needs and position internet, TV, and phone solutions that deliver real value. You will focus on revenue generation through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive revenue growth through proactive customer engagement and sales conversion
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored telecom solutions and bundles
- Clearly communicate product benefits, pricing, and promotional offers
- Use strategic questioning to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Overcome objections confidently and close sales effectively
- Meet or exceed sales KPIs, including conversion rate and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently during live customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, scripts, and quality standards
- Contribute to a high-performance, target-driven team environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
- Strong sales mindset with a passion for achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask across systems while engaging customers
- Basic computer proficiency and typing accuracy (20+ WPM)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Reliable attendance and schedule adherence
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
