Inside Sale Representative

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is hiring an Inside Sale Representative. You will be a part of the Dulux Paint stores team. You will focus on driving sales and growing relationships within the Dartmouth, NS territory!

Key Responsibilities

• Service existing customer accounts assigned to specified territory and grow their purchases.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and develop account planning strategy to cultivate sales of customers with most growth potential.
• Facilitate product recommendations, application and performance and colour in response to customer needs.
• Utilize CRM sales tool to manage accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc.
• Partner with store managers and other store employees to ensure customers’ needs are met or exceeded.
• Facilitate timely and accurate customer quotations to achieve margin targets in alignment with Dulux (CIL) pricing strategies.
• Analyze territory performance reports and develop sales territory business plans.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 or more years of sales experience and previous experience using a CRM tool to collect and measure performance and customer data is considered an asset.
• Paint knowledge preferred.
