Job Overview

Department: Sales

Position Type: (40 hours/week)

Reports to: General Manager

Location: Remote

Travel Required: 5-10 weeks of the year.

Job Summary

Reporting to the General Manager, the Territory Sales Manager administers and coordinates the activities of the Prista sales function in the assigned territory in support of the established goals and objectives. This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role for a healthcare sales professional who thrives in the field, understands clinical environments, and can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct lead generation activities which may include cold calling, emailing and participating in conferences.
  • Manage the sales process for prospective customers to meet annual sales goals.
  • Management of Customer Accounts
  • Participate in regular scheduled sales meetings, providing status updates.
  • Development of business relationships with hospital associations, potential referral partners, etc.
  • Thorough documentation of sales in HubSpot CRM.
  • Communication of sales status, projections, tracking target sales as well as other goals and making recommendations for course changes to management.
  • Participate in documentation of sales material to include competitive intelligence.
  • Other work product that furthers the goal of increasing sales.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

  • 3–7 years of healthcare or medical device / pharma / diagnostics sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience in Customer Service position
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
