Salary is $32,240 per year.

In addition, you will receive monthly Bonuses that reflect performance outcomes

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients via outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate new business leads and opportunities
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying prospects and nurturing relationships through effective follow-up
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, manage contacts, and monitor sales progress

Skills

• Proven experience in outbound calling or retail sales with a focus the automotive industry
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to set appointments effectively
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse client bases
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by professional phone etiquette
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools
• Knowledge of automobile sales, dealership operations, or inventory management is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Public speaking experience can enhance your ability to present solutions confidently in various settings
• Customer service orientation combined with retail math proficiency for accurate inventory control and sales calculations
