Business Development Representative

The Regional Development Manager is responsible for building and qualifying enterprise sales opportunities within the healthcare market. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective customers, driving pipeline growth through strategic prospecting, stakeholder mapping, discovery conversations, and collaboration with territory sales teams. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare technology or SaaS sales and excels at engaging clinical, IT, and executive stakeholders in complex health systems.

The organization develops enterprise artificial intelligence solutions that streamline clinical workflows, improve care coordination, and support healthcare providers through scalable technology integrated into existing systems.

This position supports commercial growth by identifying high-value opportunities, advancing early-stage deals, and expanding strategic healthcare accounts.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of enterprise B2B, healthcare technology, SaaS, inside sales, or sales development experience.
• Proven success with prospecting, stakeholder mapping, lead qualification, and advancing complex enterprise sales opportunities.
• Experience engaging clinical, IT, and executive stakeholders, with proficiency in CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
