- Self-sufficient with a strong sense of urgency — hardworking, humble, and accountable
- Detail-oriented with a big-picture mindset; a relationship and trust builder
- Clear and compelling communicator, written and verbal, with consistent follow-through
- A true team player who collaborates across functions and wants to own initiatives beyond core responsibilities
- Flexible and coachable — you adjust quickly, take feedback well, and give it just as constructively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in FinTech, SaaS, AI, or financial services
- Experience prospecting into credit unions, community banks, or regional financial institutions
- Familiarity with the financial services industry and its buyers
Compensation:
OTE $95k-115k plus equity, 100% paid health/dental/vision, 401(k) and financial wellness perks, discretionary PTO, paid parental leave, and mental health and wellness benefits — all while joining a mission-driven, high-growth company helping shape the future of banking technology.
