Build a Career. Build a Territory. Make an Impact.

Thoracent, a Maverix Company, is an innovative medical device manufacturer and distributor dedicated to advancing care in interventional pulmonology and thoracic surgery. Our growing portfolio includes airway stents, lung biopsy technologies, and other cutting-edge pulmonary solutions that help physicians improve outcomes for patients facing complex lung disease.

As a high-growth organization, we're expanding our commercial team with individuals who are energized by innovation, relationship-building, and the opportunity to directly influence patient care.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions with exceptional upside. Earn $250,000+ annually through strong performance, with no cap on commissions.

Why Join Thoracent?

  • This isn't a traditional medical device sales role.
  • You'll partner directly with physicians during life-changing procedures, introduce innovative technologies to hospitals across your territory, and become a trusted clinical and commercial resource for some of the country's leading Interventional Pulmonologists and Thoracic Surgeons.
  • Success isn't measured solely by revenue.
  • It's measured by physician confidence, customer loyalty, procedural growth, and ultimately the patients whose lives are improved because your customers chose Thoracent's technologies.
  • If you're motivated by building relationships, winning new business, supporting physicians in the operating room, and being rewarded for exceptional performance, we'd love to meet you.

The Opportunity

  • As a Territory Manager, you'll own the growth and success of your territory.
  • You'll work alongside physicians, nurses, hospital administrators, and procedural teams to introduce innovative pulmonary technologies, support live procedures, educate customers, and drive long-term adoption across your accounts.
  • This role combines clinical expertise, consultative selling, and entrepreneurial business development. Every day is different, and every customer interaction has the potential to improve patient care.

What You'll Own

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve and exceed revenue objectives.
  • Build lasting relationships with Interventional Pulmonologists, Thoracic Surgeons, hospital administrators, supply chain leaders, nurses, and procedural staff.
  • Introduce and launch innovative pulmonary technologies throughout your territory.
  • Support physicians during live procedures by providing clinical and technical expertise.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, in-services, and educational programs that drive customer confidence and product adoption.
  • Identify new business opportunities while expanding utilization within existing accounts.
  • Become the trusted resource physicians rely on before, during, and after procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Operations, and Executive Leadership to execute product launches and commercial initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, territory planning, CRM activity, and pipeline management.
  • Continuously develop your clinical knowledge, competitive intelligence, and understanding of evolving procedural techniques.

Who Thrives Here

  • Competitive and motivated by exceeding goals.
  • Relationship builders who naturally earn trust with physicians and healthcare professionals.
  • Entrepreneurial and excited about building a business rather than simply maintaining accounts.
  • Curious learners who enjoy mastering new technologies and clinical procedures.
  • Comfortable in operating rooms and procedural suites where professionalism and adaptability matter.
  • Highly organized and disciplined in managing their territory and sales pipeline.
  • Coachable professionals who embrace feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Team players who celebrate the success of both customers and colleagues.
