The Role:
This is a true outbound BDR role with real ownership and impact.
- Targeting high-value accounts across the DACH region
- Researching companies and mapping key stakeholders
- Running intelligent, personalised outreach (not spray and pray)
- Engaging both operational and senior decision-makers
- Building pipeline that converts into real revenue
You’ll be working closely with experienced Account Executives and learning how complex deals are built.

What I'm looking for:
- 1+ year in B2B sales (SDR/BDR/AE)
- Fluent German + strong English
- Comfortable with outbound and building pipeline
- Ambitious and motivated by progression + earnings
- Strong communicator who can adapt to different stakeholders
