On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for candidates for the following 3 positions in Kuwait

• 1. Account Officer

Job Responsibility/Requirement

1. Assist senior account managers in maintaining client relationships.

2. Assist in understanding customer business and network requirements.

3. Participate as a project team member under supervision; contribute to project tasks.

4. Assist in contract documentation, dispute resolution support, and business activities.

5. Help prepare and deliver Huawei solution value propositions to clients.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecom, Networking, Communication or a related discipline from a TOP university in Kuwait.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic projects or internships demonstrating exposure to telecom networks or ICT Industry

• Have a Huawei Certificate (HCIA/HCIP/HCIE)

2. Majors in communications, electronics, computer, or software engineering preferred.

3. strong communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to learn.

4. Experience in student union or social activities is a plus. GPA 3 and above is required.

• 2. Product Specialist

Job Responsibility/Requirement

Take charge of customer insight and develop product domain or scenario-based solutions. Undertake project development; Develop relationships with mid- and senior-level technical personnel. Participate in developing and executing competition strategies, and promote the competitiveness of products and solutions.

1. As the solution sales owner, identify customer network O&M pain points and requirements through customer insight, develop regional intelligent O&M service business plans (solutions and expansion strategies), and monitor the implementation.

2. Achieve the order target and market target, and be responsible for effective business growth and value presentation.

3. Identify sales opportunities for new solutions, and organize, promote, and incubate new solutions.

4. In-depth survey of market dynamics in each account dept of the rep office, explore and identify customer requirements and pain points, guide customers to complete budget development, and support business development of the rep office.

5. Incubate and nurture leads and opportunities, identify risks and issues in a timely manner through end-to-end project operations, and drive the resolution of risks and issues.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecom, Networking, Communication or a related discipline from a TOP university in Kuwait.

• 3. Delivery & Service technical engineer

Job Responsibility/Requirement

As an ICT network technical expert, responsible for technical work during customer network planning, construction, maintenance, optimization, and operation, and supports the business success of customers and the company.

1. Design end-to-end product service solutions, take the lead in system integration of delivery solutions, and ensure successful project delivery and stable network operation.

2. Design and optimize wireless networks, formulate and implement technical solutions, and improve wireless network quality and service experience.

3. Build the serviceability of product solutions, design forward-looking serviceability solutions based on network and product evolution, and achieve low-cost, high-quality, and digital delivery.

4. Design product delivery tools, build a future-oriented delivery tool system based on AI and digital technologies, and support digital delivery transformation.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecom, Networking, Communication or a related discipline from a TOP university in Kuwait.
