At ForwardNow, we help businesses move smarter through reliable global freight forwarding and logistics solutions. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for the right candidate who can assist us connect with new customers, build strong partnerships, and play an important role in our growth.

What you’ll do:

• Identify and develop new Air and Ocean business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research
• Build and maintain relationships with shippers, manufacturers, distributors, and business partners
• Generate leads, schedule meetings, manage the sales pipeline, and close new opportunities
• Understand customer challenges and provide logistics solutions that create real value
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Take ownership of sales goals and help drive company growth

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in global freight forwarding sales, business development, logistics and transportation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to create new opportunities
• Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, and developing new accounts
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
