Major Account Manager

Role Description This full-time role is based in the Gulfcoast Area and involves supporting daily operations, customer service, and product-related application sales. The Job Title will perform routine tasks such as repationship building withe customers, presentations for various product lines, coordinating shipment and handling documentation, and assisting with inventory or production workflows as needed. Responsibilities includes communicating with internal team members and customers, tracking orders or project status, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The person in this role will collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines, adhere to safety and quality standards, and help identify improvements to processes. The position requires consistent customer site presence, learning product reliability, and the ability to follow established procedures while adapting to changing priorities.

• Possess strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills for working with colleagues and customers.
• Exhibit attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data entry, and recordkeeping.
• Show ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.
• Basic proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets); familiarity with inventory or operations systems is a plus.
• Ability to stand, move, or lift moderately weighted items as required by operational tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prior experience in sales , operations, manufacturing, distribution, or customer service is beneficial but not strictly required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or relevant certifications are an advantage.
