Sales Development Representative

BrainChip builds neuromorphic processors: chips modeled on the human brain that run AI directly on devices, no cloud required. They end up inside cars, satellites, medical devices, and hardware that hasn't been invented yet.

We're hiring our first US Sales Development Representative. This isn't a seat in a 40-person SDR pit reading someone else's script. You'll own the top of the funnel, set the standard for how we run Salesforce, and build the playbook a much larger sales team will run on in three years.

What you'll do

• Research target accounts and open conversations with chip designers and product teams
• Move real interest into technical evaluation, and own the pipeline until it gets there
• Build relationships with SoC customers and learn what their engineers are actually trying to solve
• Become the team's Salesforce power user: clean data, custom reports, dashboards on conversion and pipeline
• Document what works and turn it into repeatable process

You'll be measured on qualified opportunities created. One clear number, and a satisfying one to beat.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or something adjacent
• 0 to 2 years of experience. Internships and campus sales roles count. Never sold before? Tell us why you'd be good at it.
• Comfort with technical subject matter. You don't need to know what a neuromorphic processor is today, but you should want to find out.
• Writing that gets replies, and enough presence to hold your own on a call with an engineer
• Self-direction. Nobody will chase you for CRM updates.

Bonus: exposure to AI or semiconductor ecosystems, or any familiarity with IP licensing and royalties.
