Role Overview: Responsible for identifying and cultivating new healthcare business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through outreach, market analysis, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Research potential healthcare clients and partners via networking, events, and online platforms.
  • Outreach: Engage prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong ties with decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to position solutions effectively.
  • Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Client Support: Ensure positive client experiences and address concerns.
  • Additional duties include increasing patient volume and fostering effective relationships across departments and partners.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare business development, sales, or related experience, including urgent care and WC/OCCMED.
  • Strong healthcare industry knowledge, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and healthcare IT solutions is a plus.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and business growth.
