Role Description This is an on-site Cold Caller role based in Colorado Springs, CO. The Cold Caller will make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce Amagio Solutions’ offerings, and qualify leads based on defined criteria. Day-to-day tasks include following call scripts, documenting call outcomes in internal systems, scheduling follow-up calls or appointments, and escalating qualified leads to the appropriate team members. The role involves handling objections professionally, answering basic questions about services, and maintaining a consistent call volume. The Cold Caller will work closely with sales and operations teams to support lead generation goals and ensure a positive experience for potential customers.

• Strong time management and organizational skills to manage call lists and follow-ups.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
