Job Title: Bilingual Business Development Representative (BDR)
Position Summary
The Bilingual Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and consultative sales practices. This role plays a critical part in driving pipeline growth by connecting with decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented sales professional with strong B2B prospecting experience, advanced English proficiency, and a passion for building lasting business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other professional networking platforms.
- Research target accounts and engage decision-makers within mid-sized and enterprise organizations.
- Build, develop, and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Execute strategic outreach campaigns to maximize lead generation and engagement.
2. Lead Qualification
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' business challenges, goals, and purchasing needs.
- Qualify opportunities using established sales methodologies and qualification criteria.
- Handle objections professionally while building trust and credibility with prospective clients.
- Schedule qualified meetings and seamlessly transition opportunities to the Account Executive or Sales team.
3. CRM & Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and customer information within the CRM.
- Track all outreach activities, follow-up actions, and opportunity progression.
- Ensure CRM data integrity and compliance with established sales processes and reporting standards.
4. Collaboration & Performance
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development programs.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Business Development
- B2B Sales
- Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Business Development Representative (BDR)
- Inside Sales or similar commercial roles
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
- Experience selling products or services in a B2B environment.
