We're Hiring | Telecaller (Real Estate)

VSK Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our sales team in Coimbatore.

Location: Coimbatore (Onsite)

Preferred Language: Tamil & English

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

• Handle leads from Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Housing.com, 99acres, website, and WhatsApp.
• Update and maintain lead details in CRM/Lead Sheets.

Customer Follow-up

• Call new enquiries immediately.
• Perform daily follow-ups with existing leads.
• Update call status and customer remarks after every interaction.

Site Visit Coordination

• Convince customers to schedule a site visit.
• Coordinate with the Sales Executive for site visit appointments.
• Arrange cab facilities for customers when required.
• Send reminders before the scheduled site visit.

Customer Engagement

• Collect customer feedback after site visits.
• Coordinate booking discussions with the Sales Executive and Management.
• Follow up until the booking process is completed.

Sales Coordination

• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer updates and follow-ups.
• Ensure every customer interaction is properly documented.

Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Sales Coordination.

Experience in Real Estate, Loans, Banking, Credit Cards, Insurance, or any customer-facing sales industry is preferred.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Strong follow-up and customer relationship management abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM is an advantage.
