About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate/Executive who can interact with clients, understand their requirements, and build strong relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to generate and close sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

● Interact with prospective and existing clients through calls, meetings, and emails

● Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services

● Build and maintain long-term client relationships

● Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

● Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

● Good verbal and written communication skills

● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

● Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools

● Ability to handle client queries and objections professionally

● Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred Skills

● Prior experience in sales or customer service

● Fluency in English and local language

● Presentation and negotiation skills

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
