VPG Mix Engg Industry is part of the VPG Group, a Coimbatore-based construction equipment manufacturing company with roots going back to 1974. We specialize in the design and manufacture of concrete mixers and batching plants for the construction industry.

Role Overview

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our sales team and help grow our presence in the concrete mixer machinery segment. You'll be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and builders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of concrete mixer machines and related equipment across assigned territories
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, builders, and dealers
• Take ownership of the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing and terms
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Requirements

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction equipment, industrial machinery, or related sectors
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Willingness to travel for client visits and site meetings
• Good relationship-building and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools for reporting
